Be prepared for when renting a Royal Party Bus.
- Royal party bus supplier may have the authority to conclude services if you are exceeding your time of rental if the Royal party bus supplier has another commitment with other customers.
- Your Royal party bus provider may not be able to access narrow streets and driveways, please consider alternate greeting points during reservation times.
- Smoking is Not permitted in any Royal party buses
- Illegal use of drugs may terminate your service
- There may be no standing in party bus while bus is in motion
- State law may prohibit alcohol consumption in the company of minors, even though it is an adult consuming the beverage.
- Fighting and obsessive belligerent behavior may terminate service.
- Hanging from handle bars is prohibited inside party bus.
- There is an additional $300 clean up fees for any stains resulting from illness inside the party bus and/or heavy cleaning.
- A deposit of 50% is required for all services of 4 hours or more. You may leave deposit in the form of credit card,or cash.
- You may require a deposit for other services of 4 hours or less. Please contact your Royal Party bus representative.

How much does renting a Party Bus cost?
Rates for renting a party bus vary depending on the night of the week, whether its a holiday or prom season, and how long you intend to rent a bus. For exact pricing based on your requirements give us a call (919)397-5236 or submit your information for an online quote.
How far in advance should I make reservations?
Our reservation policy is simple: First come, first serve. With this in mind, we recommend that you make reservations as soon as you have a date selected. Special events like prom night and concerts are a must for early booking as the demand is particularly high at these times.
What are your hours of operation?
Our dispatch office is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 8:00pm. Our vehicles run 365 days a year, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. If you have an emergency or require immediate assistance after business hours our service will give you an emergency number to call.
Do I need to pay a deposit to make a reservation?
Yes. We require a 50% deposit to reserve a specific date.
Are there any other costs?
We require a $500 refundable security deposit covering interior an exterior damages. Excessive cleanup requires a $300 cleaning charge.
How much do I tip the driver?
Our drivers are experienced, licensed professionals. Their goal is to show you a great time. You may tip the driver as much as you feel is deserved.
What is your cancellation policy?
Normal reservations cancelled prior to 72 hours of pick-up will be refunded the schedule fee. The full reservation deposit will be charged for cancellations where the 72 hour notice was not given for normal reservations. Proms, holidays, special events and heavy travel seasons will not be refunded. Please check with your reservation specialist prior to booking to ensure you fully understand NO REFUNDS will be given during the heavy travel seasons. No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick up will be charged full fare.
What are the acceptable methods of payment?
Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and cashier's checks are all acceptable forms of payment. Personal and business checks will be accepted with prior approval only. We reserve the right to deny anyone service who can't provide the proper identification at the time of payment. What is your minimum hourly requirement?
There is a four (4) hour minimum in most instances. There is a six hour minimum during proms, holidays and special events. There are exceptions for airport transfers and most corporate services. Please call us with specific questions regarding hourly minimums. Let us tailor the trip to your needs.
Can I bring/drink alcohol on the bus?
Yes, as long as all passengers are 21 years of age or older. (Proof of age is required)
Can I smoke on the bus?
Only if you're on fire. Our buses are strictly non-smoking.Unless you provide us with a Security Deposit of $300.
How far will the bus travel?
Our standard rental remains within a 25 mile radius. Extended trips are available at an additional charge.

What happens if I break these rules?
We reserve the right to remove anyone from the bus at any time for breaking these rules. We know you want to have fun but please keep it responsible. You are responsible for the actions of your party members. If you are removed from the bus, no refunds will be given and you are still responsible for the driver's tip.
